  • Crassula Pastel, or 'Variegated Tom Thumb', is a rare succulent that makes for a unique gift. This fast-growing succulent has bright green, stacked leaves that will flush red around the edges when having enough sunlight.

This succulent can reach over 6" long and its branches grow and spill freely, making it a beautiful plant arrangement.

White flower clusters bloom during spring to mid-summer.

Plants may be shipped bare root.
  • Full Sun, Partial Sun. This plant grows best under full sun and bright indirect light.

Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch, then let drain completely. Avoid letting water sit for too long in the soil to prevent rot and fungal diseases.

Porous and well-drained. The optimal pH is around 6.0 (slightly acidic).

Average summer temperatures from 65ºF/18ºC to 70ºF/21ºC are ideal. In winter, it can survive temperatures as low as 50ºF/10ºC.

Feed with a controlled-release fertilizer at the beginning of the growing season.

You can propagate Crassula Tom Thump by division, offsets, or leaf cuttings. The easiest way is to propagate from a single leaf: put the leaf in a succulent or cacti mix, then cover until it sprouts.

Works great on many different size cans
Works great on various size cans. It is a little larger that other openers, but seems very sturdy. It is a little loud and slow, but not a large concern. Very happy with it.

Stopped working after 3 months
It stopped working after 3 months. The motor still runs the gear still turns. But it does not engage the can to cut. I bought it for a post operative situation and I am glad that it worked when for the length of time it did but it's disappointing that I now have to throw this item away.

Meh.
Worked great the first couple of times it was used. But then it stopped cutting into the cans and does not open them. It causes the metal to fray off in small pieces which resulted in getting a piece of metal stuck in my finger for weeks so I don't recommend. It's also very loud.

So simple to use, I'm amazed
Color: Black
Wonderfully helpful. Description is accurate, shipping was quick. I saw a few poor comments, but I have none so far! The can opener has opened cans of several sizes, from tomato paste to large cans of tomatoes; soup cans to strangely shaped. It's opened 30 or so already without loss of power. It's a little noisy, but about equal to that of a stand up opener. It fits in my drawer, which is less deep than most kitchen drawers. Most of all, it's beyond easy to use for arthritic hands. The ONLY CHALLENGE I have is that it sometimes fails to stop when it should. MANUFACTURER: if you read this and have advice, please share. At this point, I'd say this is a great value for the money.
