If cared for correctly, these can live for many years, produce pups, and even bloom!Though each of these species have their own specific care requirements, here is a basic guide to keeping your air plants healthy:

Watering - To water, submerge your plants in a large vessel of water anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple hours. Thoroughly drying your plant afterward is a crucial step, so allow them to dry upside down and/or shake out any excess water to prevent rot.

Sunshine - Most Tillandsia species prefer bright light, but not direct sun. A nice bright window where they have a view of the sky is great.
