The braided trim closes with hooks and eyes at the back of the mandarin collar and the waistband. The listing is for the dress only, and does not include the cocktail ring.

Condition: There is an ever so slight water type mark on the right side of the bodice, detectable when the light is hitting it.  I'd wear it like this before cleaning.  The fabric is in great condition otherwise with no underarm staining.  Looks barely worn.

Great fit without feeling stiff

I ordered the 32x32 and the fit was exactly what I expected. The slim fit cut looks clean without being too tight through the thighs or calves, and the expandable waistband is honestly one of the best parts.
